Service Designer
A designer by journey, not by plan. I started in Graphic Design, drawn to visual storytelling, but over time that curiosity expanded, into UX and Product Design, and now into the wider world of Service Design.

What keeps me going?
A genuine fascination with how people experience the world, how they move through systems, engage with products, and navigate challenges big and small. I aim to make those experiences better, clearer, and more meaningful.
I'm currently wrapping up my Master’s in Design Innovation and Service Design at the Glasgow School of Art, diving deep into participatory methods, inclusive design, and systems thinking. It’s been the perfect space to explore how design can not just solve problems, but reshape relationships, shift power, and create lasting impact.
Experience
Over the last 10+ years, I’ve worn multiple hats: Graphic, UI, UX, Product, and Service. I've worked with startups finding their feet, NGOs driving social change, and larger organisations trying to make sense of complexity. I've:
Built design systems and UX strategies from the ground up.
Mapped service ecosystems for everything from transport to community engagement.
Facilitated workshops where real people: users, stakeholders, and decision-makers collaborate to design better futures.
Led small but mighty cross-functional teams, mentored designers, and created space for experimentation.
Through all of that, I’ve stayed focused on one thing: designing with intention and care.
Services
Here’s what I bring to the table:
Service Design
Mapping end-to-end journeys and complex systems
Designing across touchpoints, not just screens
Making invisible processes visible
Running co-creation workshops that invite real voices in
UX & Product Design
Grounding design in user research and strategy
Designing flows that make sense and feel right
Building prototypes that spark conversations
Prioritising accessibility, usability, and clarity
I provide end-to-end design solutions, focusing on solving customers' problems through targeted research, intuitive UX/UI design, and, when needed, no-code development. Every step is tailored to ensure results that resonate and deliver impact.
Design Leadership
Mentoring with empathy
Facilitating cross-functional alignment
Scaling design processes sustainably
Bringing stakeholders into the design process, not just the outcomes
Research & Systems Thinking
Digging deep with interviews and ethnographic tools
Synthesising insights into opportunities
Understanding systems so we’re not just solving symptoms
Outside of Work
I’m not always glued to Figma (though, let’s be honest, often I am). You’ll also find me:
Cooking meals as a form of therapy
Pub hopping with friends or dancing off the stress
Travelling whenever I can
Noticing little patterns in the everyday: the way people move through a space, organise their lives, or come together to make things better
Team collaborator: I thrive in team environments, inspired by working with experts across engineering, design, product, and other disciplines.
Life-long learner: Passionate about studying and applying new knowledge. Focused on results over certifications.
Natural leader: Leadership roles since school, head girl, design lead, what's next?
I’m always up for thoughtful collaboration, whether you’re trying to design a better service, shift a system, or just need a sounding board.
If you care about creating real change (not just ticking boxes), we’ll probably get along.
